The taste of produce is directly related to its quality and freshness. Upon starting Wild Kitchen, Martin came to the conclusion that the best solution would be to start our own garden.
Spread out in over 2000 m² in Zálesie, Wild Garden is dedicated to using sustainable growing methods and heirloom plant varieties not only for the best taste but also out of respect for the environment.
The land in fact has a long history of providing produce – it once was a garden for the count in nearby Eberhart (today Malinovo) and the house on it may be the oldest structure in Zálesie. We are privileged to be able to continue the tradition.

The WILD WINE HOUSE is built with respect for the region under the Small Carpathians, nestled among the vineyards near the village of Kráľová pri Modra.
It is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature and yet stay in close proximity to the city. During the day, enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains and the singing of birds. At night, you enjoy a glass of excellent wine under the moon and stars.
The stone cottage will bring you back in sync with nature, as it is without electricity and running water, so you can both relax and recharge.
Accommodation at WILD WINE HOUSE is for a maximum of two people, ideal for a romantic getaway or individuals who crave solitude. We provide everything you need to survive in harmony with nature (flashlight, water for washing and drinking, outhouse, etc).

wild events
We here at Wild Kitchen love to have fun! And so we have organized events such as:
- Wild Wine Fest – all day wine and music festival complete with local vendors and headliners such as Billy Barman and Korben Dallas
- Flamenco Night – Spanish & Slovak flamenco dancers, live guitar music, and of course Spanish food and wine
- Off-grid dinners – turned off the lights and induction burners, lit the candles and cooked over the open fire while listening to the live lilt of harp or guitar
- Wild Kitchen School – shared knowledge and know-how covering wine, foraging, fish, and desserts for special diets.

We are also able to host events. With room for 25 seated inside and 15 on the terrace, Wild Kitchen makes a memorable backdrop to connect with others, whether a company get-together, wine tasting, wedding reception, or other celebration. Email us for more info!
